My passions:

I am very passionate about sports, any sport! I grew up playing basketball, volleyball, swimming and softball. After high school, I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology which then led to my Doctorate in Chiropractic. In order to fulfill my competitive drive during that time, I played competitive nationwide slow-pitch softball. Shortly after in 2012 that is when I began my CrossFit journey and began coaching in 2014.

I am also passionate about knowledge. I am passionate about always learning and sharing what I learn. I have an extensive knowledge in Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics as it relates to human movement and performance. I love sharing that knowledge with my athletes in order to improve their performance. Becoming a CrossFit Coach has truly been a blessing and I look forward to seeing what the future holds in this community.

Anything that has to do with fitness you can count me in. I enjoy helping individuals with any fitness related training that they need. From nutrition to proper lifting techniques, I will feed you all the information that I know to help you succeed. I was always active growing up, baseball, football and basketball. Fact – I was a very solid skateboarder as well, bring one up to the box and I’ll show you a trick! CrossFit has helped me become stronger mentally and physically. Teaches you how to hang in there a bit longer, how to push for another minute or two. Strengthens your mentality and your body! Just when you think you don’t have another rep in you, you push out 10 more. CrossFit has made me healthier and I actually feel better now than when I was younger. I definitely feel more athletic now and it will do the same to you with consistency. All you have to do is show up, listen to your coaches and put in the work!

I am always up for learning something new. Things that push and challenge your body! I discovered CrossFit in 2011,received my level 1 in 2013 and haven’t looked back! I am passionate about CrossFit not only because of
the workouts but because of the community and what it has to offer. Seeing people progress forward in their health and strength is one of the most rewarding things as a coach! And, of course, my number one thing in life is my little girl, Tegan. She pushes and motivates me to be a healthy and active mother!

      • Basketball

      My passions:

Always striving to improve myself and others. Being in the Coast Guard for 8 years has allowed me to constantly push myself mentally and physically but finding CrossFit was a game changer for me. The community and support you get when you walk into the box is amazing and there isn’t a better place to find your limits, and then push for more.

I’m also a super nerd and my offtime is spent reading, netflixing and eating tacos, because life is all about balance
